In 2010 the FK Gallery exhibitions will aim to introduce to the latest works of Latvian as well as foreign artists. After the exhibition “Collection II” which will showcase works from the collections of the Latvian Museum of Contemporary Art in all three galleries, the FK Gallery will house Alnis Stakle’s solo show “L.S.D. Living Space - Daugavpils”.

Miroslaw Balka: The Unilever Series
Miroslaw Balka is the tenth artist to be invited to transform the Turbine Hall at Tate Modern. Born in Warsaw, Poland, his work explores themes of history and common experience, drawing on his Catholic upbringing and the fractured history of Poland.

From October 7 to 10, 2010, the fifteenth edition of art forum berlin – the International Art Show – will take place. 130 leading galleries from the world’s most important art centres will present art from 1960 to the present day. 40,000 art lovers (collectors, artists, art dealers, museum directors and curators) from all over the world are regularly visiting the International Art Show. All the artistic means of expression are represented at art forum berlin. The repertoire ranges from painting, sculpture and photography to installations and to drawings, graphics, performance and video art.
